Concept for a visual glossary of all types of Italian pasta, filterable by features/processing/composition/geographical origin, orderable from A to Z and represented by a typical recipe available.

The different kinds of pasta are illustrated and colored “out of register” and in the same way the recipes are represented by the cooked pasta.

The purpose of the project is to enhance the Italian character of the dough and the craftsmanship of the work.
